Kitchens are the beating heart of the home. Renovision Road, a locally owned home renovation company based in Lincoln Park, Chicago offers custom, full-service, kitchen remodeling that treats it as such and is as stress free as possible. Our designs are functional and offer many years of joy to come.
Budget. We will discuss your needs via phone first. We’re old school that way. Then we will do a site-visit to get a feel for the space. And then I will personally craft a budget that reflects all of your input.
Design. We will listen to you and discuss your personal style. We will collaborate on Pinterest to get a solid look and feel down pat. We will then design your kitchen layout for your approval (i.e., where each cabinet and appliance will be; how wide, how deep, how tall, etc.). We’ll adjust the design as many times as needed based on your feedback.
Prep to build. We’ll hold your hand through the whole process. Providing you with a list of what you’re responsible for along with a list of places where you can go find them. We can even shop with you if you so desire. As such, when we act as your full-service co., we pass along all designer discounts to you. On our end, we’ll order and make sure all materials are on-site in time for us to start. We’ll also make sure all permits, if needed, are applied for and received.
Build. Our crew(s) will deliver the work in as seamless a process as possible. We will update you throughout. You’ll be made aware immediately of any issues that may pop up. If things arise that you would like to change or add, we’ll make sure Additional Work Orders are developed and signed off on before proceeding.
